Score Cards & Case Management

Do you remember the quarterly score cards we used to send via email? These reports are now available in MXM and at your fingertips so you no longer have to wait for us to send them!  While in the system, look for the MXM Score Card tab and get an immediate score card anytime you like. They look awesome as a pdf to share with your teams. Please note that the scores reflect the most recently completed quarter. If you have questions let us know by emailing support@mxmetrics.com.

What is the Case Management System Upgrade?

  • It is a workflow to make handling an individual case easier and more effective.
  • The new workflow will replace manual tagging (sweeeet!)
  • Your historical manual tagging data will be preserved (sweeter!)
  • When the Case Management upgrade is combined with the new "Assign" upgrade - magic happens... 
  • Case Managament will go live on May 1st. Sooooo.....if you are doing manual tags, get ready for a change!

We have turned on one more new feature called "Also viewed by". You can now see who else has looked at this piece of member feedback. This will help increase transparency and accountability. Some of our favorite things! :) See an example below.
